REAUTHORIZATION OF THE LAKE TAHOE RESTORA- 1 TION ACT. 2 (a) COOPERATIVE AUTHORITIES.—Section 4(f) of the 3 Lake Tahoe Restoration Act (Public Law 106–506; 114 4 Stat. 2353; 130 Stat. 1783) is amended by striking ‘‘4 5 fiscal years following the date of enactment of the Water 6 Resources Development Act of 2016’’ and inserting ‘‘pe- 7 riod beginning on the date of enactment of this subsection 8 and ending on the date described in section 10(a)’’. 9 (b) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.—Section 10 10(a) of the Lake Tahoe Restoration Act (Public Law 11 106–506; 114 Stat. 2357; 130 Stat. 1789) is amended 12 by striking ‘‘for a period’’ and all that follows through the 13 period at the end and inserting ‘‘, to remain available until 14 September 30, 2034.’’. 15 Æ VerDate Sep 11 2014 00:37 Jun 12, 2021 Jkt 019200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6301 E:\BILLS\H3132.IH H3132 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42PROD with BILLS
