to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation
A BILL
To require a report on the feasibility and benefits of
establishing a supply chain center of excellence.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SUPPLY CHAIN CENTER OF EXCELLENCE.

Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment
4
of this Act, the Administrator of the National Aeronautics
5
and Space Administration (referred to in this section as
6
ββNASAββ) shall submit to the Committee on Commerce,
7
Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Com-
8
mittee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House
9
of Representatives a report on the feasibility and benefits
