sole source contracts for certain small business concerns, and for other

Ms. SALAZAR (for herself, Ms. NEWMAN, Mr. STAUBER, Mrs. RADEWAGEN,
and Mr. EVANS) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Small Business, and in addition to the Committee on Vet-
eransβ Affairs, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker,
in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the juris-
diction of the committee concerned
A BILL
To amend the Small Business Act to modify the contracting
authority for sole source contracts for certain small busi-
ness concerns, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ββExpanding Contracting

Opportunities for Small Businesses Act of 2021ββ.
