IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES APRIL 22, 2021 Mr. SCHUMER (for himself and Mr. MCCONNELL) submitted the following resolution; which was considered and agreed to RESOLUTION To make temporary appointments to the Select Committee on Ethics. Resolved, That (a) for matters before the Select Com- 1 mittee on Ethics involving Preliminary Inquiry Case Num- 2 bers 30094 and 30226, and subsequent action by the 3 Committee with respect to these matters, if any, the Sen- 4 ator from Delaware (Mr. Coons) and the Senator from 5 Oklahoma (Mr. Lankford) shall be replaced by the Sen- 6 ator from New Mexico (Mr. Luja´n) and the Senator from 7 Arkansas (Mr. Boozman).
