Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Protect Funding for 4 Women’s Health Care Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. Such 4 health services include relevant diagnostic laboratory 5 and radiology services, well-child care, prenatal and 6 postpartum care, immunization, family planning 7 services including contraception, sexually trans- 8 mitted disease testing, cervical and breast cancer 9 screenings, and referrals. 10 (2) Many such entities provide services to all 11 persons, regardless of the person’s ability to pay, 12 and provide services in medically underserved areas 13 and to medically underserved populations. 14 (3) All funds no longer available to Planned 15 Parenthood will continue to be made available to 16 other eligible entities to provide women’s health care 17 services. 18 SEC. 3.
