NUNN CUMBERLAND EXPRESSWAY. 3 (a) DESIGNATION AS HIGH PRIORITY CORRIDOR.— 4 Section 1105(c) of the Intermodal Surface Transportation 5 Efficiency Act of 1991 is amended by adding at the end 6 the following: 7 ‘‘(92) The Louie B. Nunn Cumberland Ex- 8 pressway from the interchange with Interstate 65 in 9 VerDate Sep 11 2014 23:36 May 27, 2021 Jkt 019200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H2470.IH H2470 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42PROD with BILLS 2 •HR 2470 IH Barren County, Kentucky, east to the interchange 1 with U.S. Highway 27 in Somerset, Kentucky.’’. 2 (b) DESIGNATION AS FUTURE INTERSTATE.—Sec- 3 tion 1105(e)(5)(A) of the Intermodal Surface Transpor- 4 tation Efficiency Act of 1991 is amended by striking ‘‘and 5 subsection (c)(91)’’ and inserting ‘‘subsection (c)(91), and 6 subsection (c)(92)’’. 7 (c) NUMBERING OF PARKWAY.—Section 8 1105(e)(5)(C)(i) of the Intermodal Surface Transpor- 9 tation Efficiency Act of 1991 is amended by adding at 10 the end the following: ‘‘The route referred to in subsection 11 (c)(92) is designated as Interstate Route I–365.’’. 12 (d) OPERATION OF VEHICLES.—Section 127(l)(3)(A) 13 of title 23, United States Code, is amended— 14 (1) in the matter preceding clause (i) by strik- 15 ing ‘‘clauses (i) through (iv)’’ and inserting ‘‘clauses 16 (i) through (v)’’; and 17 (2) by adding at the end the following: 18 ‘‘(v) The Louie B.
