A BILL
To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide
that any alien who has been convicted of a felony or
two misdemeanors, is deportable, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Criminal Alien Re-
4
moval Clarification Act of 2021’’.

SEC. 2. CRIMINAL GROUNDS FOR DEPORTABILITY.

Section 237(a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality
7
Act (8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(2)) is amended to read as follows:
