the United States Capitol, any of the Capitol Buildings, or any portion
of the Capitol Grounds.

Mr. BLUNT (for himself and Mr. VAN HOLLEN) introduced the following bill;

A BILL
To prohibit the use of Federal funds to install permanent
fencing around the United States Capitol, any of the
Capitol Buildings, or any portion of the Capitol Grounds.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Fencing at the
4
United States Capitol Complex Act’’.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITING USE OF FUNDS FOR PERMANENT
6
FENCING AROUND UNITED STATES CAPITOL.
7
No Federal funds may be used to install permanent
8
fencing around—
