submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary
RESOLUTION
Expressing the sense of the Senate that the current influx
of migrants is causing a crisis at the Southern border.
Now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That it is the sense of the Senate that the

of the United States constitutes a crisis.
