DEFINITIONS. 1 In this Act: 2 (1) SECRETARY.—The term ‘‘Secretary’’ means 3 the Secretary of the Interior. 4 (2) WESTERN STATE.—The term ‘‘western 5 State’’ means any of the States of Alaska, Arizona, 6 California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New 7 Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming. 8 SEC. 3. HEADQUARTERS OFFICE OF THE BUREAU OF LAND 9 MANAGEMENT IN GRAND JUNCTION, COLO- 10 RADO. 11 (a) HEADQUARTERS.—The headquarters for the Bu- 12 reau of Land Management shall remain located in Grand 13 Junction, Colorado. 14 (b) EMPLOYEE STATIONS.—All Bureau of Land 15 Management employee positions stationed in Grand Junc- 16 tion, Colorado on the date of the enactment of this Act 17 shall remain stationed in Grand Junction, Colorado. 18 SEC. 4.
