Mrs. BOEBERT (for herself, Mr. GOHMERT, Mr. BABIN, Mr. BROOKS, Mrs.
LESKO, Mr. ROSENDALE, Mr. MOORE of Alabama, Mr. DUNCAN, Mr.
BIGGS, Mr. GAETZ, and Mr. PERRY) introduced the following bill; which
was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the
Committees on Foreign Affairs, Armed Services, Intelligence (Permanent
Select), Energy and Commerce, Ways and Means, and Homeland Secu-
rity, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each
case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of
the committee concerned
A BILL
To provide that no Federal funds may be used to enforce
certain executive actions related to immigration, and for
other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Amnesty Act’’.

SEC. 2. ENDING AMNESTY POLICIES.

(a) IN GENERAL.—No funds, resources, or fees made
2
available to the Secretary of Homeland Security, or to any
3
other official of a Federal agency, including any deposits
4
into the ‘‘Immigration Examinations Fee Account’’ estab-
5
lished under section 286(m) of the Immigration and Na-
6
tionality Act (8 U.S.C. 1356(m)), may be used to imple-
7
ment, administer, enforce, or carry out (including through
8
the issuance of any regulations), any of the following:

(1) The memorandum from the Acting Director
10
of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement enti-
11
tled ‘‘Interim Guidance: Civil Immigration Enforce-
12
ment and Removal Priorities’’ dated February 18,
13
2021.

(2) The executive order from the President en-
15
titled ‘‘Rebuilding and Enhancing Programs to Re-
16
settle Refugees and Planning for the Impact of Cli-
17
mate Change on Migration’’ dated February 9,
18
2021.

(3) The executive order from the President en-
20
titled ‘‘Creating a Comprehensive Regional Frame-
21
work to Address the Causes of Immigration, to Man-
22
age Migration Throughout North and Central Amer-
23
ica, and to Provide Safe and Orderly Processing of
