Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. ENDING CATCH AND RELEASE. 1 The provisions of the Presidential Memorandum, en- 2 titled ‘‘Ending ‘Catch and Release’ at the Border of the 3 United States and Directing Other Enhancements to Im- 4 migration Enforcement’’ (83 Fed. Reg. 16179, April 13, 5 2018) are enacted into law. 6 SEC. 3. BUILDING THE WALL AND OTHER BORDER SECU- 7 RITY IMPROVEMENTS. 8 The provisions of Executive Order 13767, entitled 9 ‘‘Border Security and Immigration Enforcement Improve- 10 ments’’ (82 Fed. Reg. 8793, January 30, 2017) are en- 11 acted into law. 12 SEC. 4. ENDING SANCTUARY CITIES AND ENFORCING IMMI- 13 GRATION LAWS IN THE INTERIOR. 14 The provisions of Executive Order 13768, entitled 15 ‘‘Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United 16 States’’ (82 Fed. Reg. 8799, January 30, 2017) are en- 17 acted into law. 18 SEC. 5. REMAIN IN MEXICO POLICY. 19 The provisions of the policy guidance entitled ‘‘Policy 20 Guidance for Implementation of the Migrant Protection 21 Protocols’’ (84 Fed. Reg. 6811, February 28, 2019) are 22 enacted into law. 23 SEC. 6. ADDITONAL MEASURES TO ENHANCE BORDER SE- 3 CURITY. 4 The provisions of the Presidential Memorandum, en- 5 titled ‘‘Additional Measures to Enhance Border Security 6 and Restore Integrity to Our Immigration System’’ (April 7 29, 2019) are enacted into law. 8 SEC. 8. SECURING THE SOUTHERN BORDER. 9 The provisions of the Presidential Memorandum, en- 10 titled ‘‘Securing the Southern Border of the United 11 States’’ (April 4, 2018) are enacted into law. 12 SEC. 9. EXPEDITED REMOVAL. 13 The provisions of the Notice, entitled ‘‘Designating 14 Aliens for Expedited Removal’’ (84 Fed. Reg. 35409, July 15 23, 2019) are enacted into law. 16 SEC. 10.
