IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES MARCH 18, 2021 Mr. CAWTHORN submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs RESOLUTION Commemorating the 100-year anniversary of the fall of Kronstadt, which took place on March 18, 1921.
