SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Enhance Access To 4 SNAP Act of 2021’’ or the ‘‘EATS Act of 2021’’. 5 SEC. 2. AMENDMENTS. 6 Section 6 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 7 U.S.C. 2015) is amended— 8 (1) in subsection (e)(4) by striking ‘‘employed’’ 9 and inserting ‘‘attending an institution of higher 10 education (as defined in section 102 of the Higher 11 Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1002)) or em- 12 ployed, in the aggregate,’’, and 13 (2) in subsection (o)(2)(A) by striking ‘‘work’’ 14 and inserting ‘‘attending an institution of higher 15 education (as defined in section 102 of the Higher 16 Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1002)) or work, 17 in the aggregate,’’. 18 SEC. 3.
