ENSURING THE PROHIBITION OF PREEXISTING 1 CONDITION EXCLUSIONS WITH RESPECT TO 2 ENROLLMENT IN HEALTH INSURANCE COV- 3 ERAGE AND GROUP HEALTH PLANS. 4 Part I of subtitle F of title I of the Patient Protection 5 and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111–148) is amend- 6 ed by adding at the end the following section: 7 ‘‘SEC. 1503.
