To designate a portion of United States Route 80 in Ala-
bama as the ‘‘John R. Lewis Voting Rights Highway’’,
and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF JOHN R. LEWIS VOTING

RIGHTS HIGHWAY.

(a) DESIGNATION.—The portion of United States

Route 80 from Selma, Alabama to Montgomery, Alabama

(b) REFERENCES.—Any reference in a law, map, reg-

ulation, document, paper, or other record of the United

States to the portion of United States Route 80 from

be a reference to the ‘‘John R. Lewis Voting Rights High-

way’’.
