A BILL
To provide emergency rural housing assistance to respond
to the COVID-19 pandemic, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Stabilizing Rural
4
Homeowners During COVID Act of 2021’’.
5
SEC. 2. RELIEF MEASURES FOR SECTION 502 AND 504 DI-
6
RECT LOAN BORROWERS.

(a) APPROPRIATION.—In addition to amounts other-
8
wise made available, there is appropriated for fiscal year
9
2021, out of funds in the Treasury not otherwise appro-

(b) ADMINISTRATIVE
EXPENSES.—The Secretary

may use not more than 3 percent of the amounts appro-
5
priated under this section for administrative purposes.
