A BILL
To extend the deferment of EIDL loans made in response
to COVID–19 from 1 year to 2 years.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘COVID Economic In-
4
jury Disaster Loan Relief Act’’.

SEC. 2. EXTEND EIDL DEFERMENT.

With respect to any loan made under section 7(b)(2)
7
of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(b)(2)) in re-
8
sponse to COVID–19, the payment of principal and inter-
