TUSKEGEE AIRMAN LIEUTENANT COLONEL ROBERT J. FRIEND MEMORIAL POST OFFICE BUILDING. (a) DESIGNATION.—The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1 League in Irvine, California, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Tuskegee Airman Lieutenant Colonel Robert J. Friend Memorial Post Office Building’’.
