GRANT PROGRAM TO EDUCATE STUDENTS ON SUB- 1 STANCE USE DISORDER TREATMENT OP- 2 TIONS. 3 Part D of title V of the Public Health Service Act 4 (42 U.S.C. 290dd et seq.) is amended by adding at the 5 end the following: 6 ‘‘SEC. 553.
