PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS TO PROVIDE FOR 1 THE UNITED STATES TO BECOME A PARTY TO 2 THE PARIS AGREEMENT. 3 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no funds 4 are authorized to be appropriated, obligated, or expended 5 to take any action to provide for the United States to be- 6 come a party to the Paris Agreement unless the Senate 7 provides its advice and consent to ratification of the Paris 8 Agreement. 9 SEC. 3.
