Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. Stafford Disaster 7 Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 8 5170) with respect to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 9 (COVID–19). 10 (2) An emergency declared by the President 11 under section 501 of the Robert T.
