CODE OF OFFICIAL CONDUCT. 1 Rule XXIII of the Rules of the House of Representa- 2 tives is amended by redesignating clause 22 as clause 23 3 and by inserting after clause 21 the following new clause: 4 ‘‘22. A Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner 5 is required to wear a mask in the Capitol complex until 6 the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention no longer 7 recommends wearing masks inside of buildings.’’. 8 SEC. 2.
