Trump for attempting to overturn the results of the November 2020 presidential election in the State of Georgia. Whereas, on January 2, 2021, President Donald J. Harris as Vice President-elect of the 5 United States; 6 (2) censures and condemns President Donald J. 7 Trump for his call to the Georgia Secretary of State 8 on January 2, 2021, during which he asked Sec- 9 retary Raffensperger to overturn the results of a 10 freely and fairly administered election in the State 11 of Georgia, thereby compromising the very founda- 12 tion of our Constitution; and 13 (3) calls on President Trump to retract and dis- 14 avow this unlawful and unconstitutional behavior 15 and acknowledge President-elect Joseph R.
