ferred to the Committee on Oversight and Reform
A BILL
To prohibit Federal payments to a unit of local government
that allows individuals who are not citizens of the United
States to vote in elections for State or local office, and
for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Eliminating Foreign
4
Intervention in Elections Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. FEDERAL PAYMENT RESTRICTION.
6
(a) IN GENERAL.—None of the funds made available
7
in any Act may be used to make payments to any unit

(b) PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION BY CENSUS RE-
4
QUIRED.—The Bureau of the Census shall collect and
5
publish information on any State or local government that
6
allows non-citizens to vote.
7
(c) APPLICABILITY.—The requirements of this sec-
8
tion shall only apply with respect to any contract entered
9
into or grant made on or after the date of the enactment
10
of this Act.
