Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Responsible Path to

Full Obamacare Repeal Act’’.

(a) PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE
5
ACT.—Effective October 1, 2023, the Patient Protection
6
and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111–148) is re-
7
pealed, and the provisions of law amended or repealed by
8
such Act are restored or revived as if such Act had not
9
been enacted.

(b) HEALTH CARE
AND EDUCATION RECONCILI-
11
ATION ACT OF 2010.—Effective October 1, 2023, the
12
Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010
13
(Public Law 111–152) is repealed, and the provisions of
14
law amended or repealed by such Act are restored or re-
15
vived as if such Act had not been enacted.
