SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Inflation Reduction

(a) IN GENERAL.—Public Law 117–169 (commonly

referred to as the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022) is re-

pealed.

(b) RESCISSIONS.—The unobligated balances of any
5
amounts made available under Public Law 117–169 are
6
rescinded.
