Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Road To Recovery

Act’’.

Section 547(e) of the Public Health Service Act (42

U.S.C. 290ee–2a(e)) is amended by striking ‘‘$1,000,000
5
for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023’’ and inserting
6
‘‘$2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028’’.
