Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Disaster Relief Fund 4 Replenishment Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. Stafford Dis- 3 aster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 4 5170). 5 (b) EMERGENCY DESIGNATION.— 6 (1) IN GENERAL.—The amounts provided by 7 this section are designated as an emergency require- 8 ment pursuant to section 4(g) of the Statutory Pay- 9 As-You-Go Act of 2010 (2 U.S.C. 933(g)). 10 (2) DESIGNATION IN HOUSE AND SENATE.— 11 The amounts provided by this section are designated 12 as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to 13 section 4001(a)(1) of S. Con. Res. 14 (117th Con- 14 gress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for 15 fiscal year 2022, and section 1(e) of H.
