SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ββKeeping Kids Safe Act

of 2023ββ.

Section 7131(e) of the SUPPORT for Patients and

Communities Act (42 U.S.C. 242t(e)) is amended by strik-

ing ββ$2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through
5
2023ββ and inserting ββ$9,000,000 for each of fiscal years
6
2024 through 2028ββ.
