Mrs. HINSON (for herself, Mr. BISHOP of North Carolina, and Mr. VALADAO)
introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on
Oversight and Accountability, and in addition to the Committee on the
Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in
each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdic-
tion of the committee concerned

To rescind the Executive order relating to the revocation
of certain Executive orders concerning Federal regulation
and to codify certain Executive orders.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Red Tape Reduction
4
Act’’.

SEC. 2. REPEAL AND CODIFICATION OF CERTAIN EXECU-

TIVE ORDERS.

(a) REPEAL.—The Executive order relating to the
3
revocation of certain Executive orders concerning Federal
4
regulation, signed on January 20, 2021, is hereby re-
5
scinded.
6
(b) CODIFICATION
OF EXECUTIVE ORDERS.—The
7
following Executive orders shall have the force and effect
8
of law:
9
(1) Executive Order 13771 (82 Fed. Reg.
10
12866; relating to reducing regulation and control-
11
ling regulatory costs).
12
(2) Executive Order 13777 (82 Fed. Reg.
13
12285; relating to enforcing the regulatory reform
14
agenda).
15
(3) Executive Order 13891 (84 Fed. Reg.
16
55235; relating to improving agency guidance docu-
17
ments).
18
(4) Executive Order 13892 (84 Fed. Reg.
19
55239; relating to transparency in administrative
20
enforcement and adjudication).
21
(5) Executive Order 13893 (84 Fed. Reg.
22
55487; relating to accountability for administrative
23
actions).
