Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. INCLUSION OF PHOSPHATE AND POTASH AS 3 CRITICAL MINERALS. 4 (a) IN GENERAL.—The list of critical minerals pub- 5 lished in the notice of the Secretary of the Interior entitled 6 ‘‘2022 Final List of Critical Minerals’’ (87 Fed.
