IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES JUNE 12, 2023 Mr. OGLES (for himself and Mrs. MILLER of Illinois) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary RESOLUTION Impeaching President Joseph Robinette Biden, President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors. Mr. Shokin was 2 investigating Burisma Holdings at the time, a 3 Ukrainian company that paid Hunter Biden more 4 than $50,000 a month to sit on its Board. 5 (4) The Biden administration withheld a critical 6 FD–1023 form until threatened with a congressional 7 subpoena. The FD–1023 form, made available to the 8 Members of the House Oversight and Accountability 9 Committee in June 2023, reportedly details a brib- 10 ery scheme in which members of the Biden family, 11 including Joseph Robinette Biden, received 12 $5,000,000 each to assist Burisma Holdings. The number of unaccompanied alien children 11 ‘‘encountered’’ by the U.S. Customs and Border 12 Protection Agency at the southwest border in fiscal 13 year 2017 was 48,681.
