A BILL
To direct the President to impose sanctions on the People’s
Republic of China.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. IMPOSITION OF SANCTIONS ON CHINA.

The President, acting through the head of the Office
4
of Economic Sanctions Policy and Implementation of the
5
Department of State, shall impose sanctions on the Peo-
6
ple’s Republic of China in response to China’s crimes
7
against the American people, currency manipulation, intel-
8
lectual property theft, patent infringement, foreign sur-
9
veillance and invasion of United States airspace, the en-
