Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON FEDERAL CONTRACTOR DISCLO- 1 SURE OF GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS AND 2 CLIMATE-RELATED FINANCIAL RISK. 3 (a) PROHIBITION.—Recipients of Federal contracts 4 may not be required to do any of the following: 5 (1) Disclose greenhouse gas emissions and cli- 6 mate-related financial risk as described in the pro- 7 posed rule related to Federal Acquisition Regulation: 8 Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Cli- 9 mate-Related Financial Risk (87 Fed.
