A BILL
To prohibit the availability of Federal funds for the Open
Technology Fund, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Defund the OTF Act
4
of 2023’’.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON AVAILABILITY OF FEDERAL

FUNDS FOR OPEN TECHNOLOGY FUND.

No Federal funds may be made available for the

Open Technology Fund established under section 309A of
