SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Licensing Individual 4 Commercial Exam-takers Now Safely and Efficiently Act 5 of 2023’’ or the ‘‘LICENSE Act of 2023’’. 6 SEC. 2.
