IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES APRIL 28, 2023 Mrs. STEEL (for herself, Mr. CORREA, Mr. FITZPATRICK, and Mr. COSTA) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned RESOLUTION Recognizing the 48th anniversary of Black April and the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975.
