A BILL
To prohibit official documents of executive agencies from
containing the terms ‘‘latinx’’ and ‘‘latin-x’’, and for
other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Reject Latinx Act’’.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION.

(a) PROHIBITION.—No official document of an execu-
6
tive agency (as such term is defined in section 551 of title
7
5, United States Code) that is intended for public use may

variation thereof ).

(b) APPLICATION.—This section shall take effect on
3
the date that is 30 days after the date of the enactment
4
of this section, and shall apply with respect to any official
5
document intended for public use produced on or after
6
such date.
