Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Special Diabetes Pro-

gram Reauthorization Act of 2023’’.

SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF SPECIAL DIABETES PROGRAMS FOR

TYPE I DIABETES.

Section 330B(b)(2)(D) of the Public Health Service
