To amend the CARES Act to extend the excise tax holiday
period for aviation taxes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF AVIATION EXCISE TAX HOLI-

DAY.
4
Section 4007(c) of division A of the CARES Act is
5
amended by striking ‘‘January 1, 2021’’ and inserting
6
‘‘January 1, 2022’’.
