To reauthorize the Pregnancy Assistance Fund.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Pregnancy Assistance
4
Act of 2020’’.

SEC. 2. PREGNANCY ASSISTANCE FUND.

Section 10214 of the Patient Protection and Afford-
7
able Care Act (42 U.S.C. 18204) is amended by striking
8
‘‘2010 through 2019’’ and inserting ‘‘2021 through
9
2025’’.
