IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES SEPTEMBER 24, 2020 Mr. GRAHAM (for himself, Mr. BLUMENTHAL, Mr. PORTMAN, Mr. MURPHY, and Mr. COONS) submitted the following resolution; which was considered and agreed to RESOLUTION Designating October 8, 2020, as ‘‘National Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Day’’.
