SCHOLARSHIP FOR SERVICE IN THE MILITARY, PO- 1 LICE FORCE, OR AS A FIREFIGHTER. 2 Part A of title IV of the Higher Education Act of 3 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1070 et seq.) is amended by adding at 4 the end the following: 5 ‘‘Subpart 11—Scholarship for Service Program 6 ‘‘SEC. 420S.
