The motion shall be debatable for one 6 hour equally divided among and controlled by the chair 7 and ranking minority member of the Committee on the 8 Judiciary and the chair and ranking minority member of 9 the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. The pre- 10 vious question shall be considered as ordered on the mo- 11 tion to its adoption without intervening motion or demand 12 for division of the question. 13 SEC. 2.
