Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Yellow Ribbon for
4
Overseas Education Act of 2020’’.

SEC. 2. TECHNICAL CORRECTION TO CLARIFY ELIGIBILITY

FOR PARTICIPATION IN YELLOW RIBBON

PROGRAM OF DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS

AFFAIRS.
4
Section 3317(a) of title 38, United States Code, is
5
amended—
6
(1) by striking ‘‘the full cost of established
7
charges (as specified in section 3313)’’ and inserting
8
‘‘the full cost of tuition and fees for a program of
9
education’’; and
10
(2) by striking ‘‘those established charges’’ and
11
inserting ‘‘such tuition and fees’’.
