IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES MAY 21, 2020 Mr. LANKFORD (for himself and Mr. INHOFE) submitted the following resolution; which was considered and agreed to RESOLUTION Honoring the life and legacy of Judge Lee Roy West.
