Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Securing America’s 4 Clean Fuels Infrastructure’’. 5 SEC. 2. MODIFICATION OF CREDIT LIMITATION. 6 (a) IN GENERAL.—Subsection (b) of section 30C of 7 the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— 8 (1) by striking ‘‘with respect to all’’ and insert- 9 ing ‘‘with respect to any single item of’’, 10 (2) by striking ‘‘at a location’’, and 11 (3) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘$30,000 in 12 the case of a property’’ and inserting ‘‘$200,000 in 13 the case of any such item of property’’. 14 (b) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendments made by 15 this section shall apply to property placed in service after 16 December 31, 2019. 17 Æ VerDate Sep 11 2014 15:55 Jun 03, 2020 Jkt 099200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6301 E:\BILLS\S3735.IS S3735 pamtmann on DSKBC07HB2PROD with BILLS
