A BILL
To amend the Agricultural Act of 2014 to require the Sec-
retary of Agriculture to carry out a program to facilitate
the partnership of certain dairy distributors and certain
dairy organizations, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Farmer’s Milk in Low-
4
Income Kitchens Act’’ or the ‘‘MILK Act’’.

SEC. 2. DAIRY DISTRIBUTOR AND DAIRY ORGANIZATION

PARTNERSHIPS.

Section 1431 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (7
3
U.S.C. 9071) is amended—
4
(1) by redesignating subsection (j) as sub-
5
section (k);
6
(2) in subsection (k), as so redesignated, by
7
striking ‘‘, and $5,000,000 for each fiscal year
8
thereafter’’ and inserting ‘‘and for each fiscal year
9
thereafter’’; and
10
(3) by inserting after subsection (i) the fol-
11
lowing:

‘‘(j) DAIRY DISTRIBUTOR AND DAIRY ORGANIZATION
13
PARTNERSHIPS.—The Secretary shall carry out a pro-
14
gram to match eligible dairy organizations with eligible
15
distributors under this section in order to facilitate the
16
formation of eligible partnerships.’’.
