To forgive certain disaster loans, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Equity for Disaster
4
Victims Act of 2020’’.
5
SEC. 2. COMMUNITY DISASTER LOAN FORGIVENESS.
6
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, repay-
7
ment shall be canceled for all uncollected amounts owed
8
with respect to loans made by the Federal Government—

SEC. 3. MODIFICATION OF APPLICABILITY DATE FOR WAIV-
7
ER.

Section 1210(a)(3) of the FAA Reauthorization Act
9
of 2018 (42 U.S.C. 5155 note) is amended by striking
10
‘‘January 1, 2016’’ and inserting ‘‘January 1, 2011’’.
